Chris and Kira decided to get married in Door County because of the history they both share there. Chris spent several summers as a child with his family in Door County. Kira’s first trip with the Greenwood’s was in 2011 and she quickly fell in love with the area! About a year later, Chris and Kira went up over the 4th of July holiday to celebrate her 30th birthday. During this trip is when Chris popped the question.
There was no other place they could imagine exchanging their vows and sharing their big day with all their family and friends!
